IS YOUR SITE SECURE?
Your payment and personal information is ALWAYS safe. TwinkleToes Shoe Gallery uses PayPal to secure your information. It is not transferred to our store for any use.
IF MY CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED, WHAT DO I DO?
In the event your credit card is declined, we advise you to contact your financial institution. If your billing address was not entered as the address on your credit card, your card will be declined. Retry entering your information correctly.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or PayPal. If you are purchasing with Cashiers Check or Money Order, your order will not ship prior to TwinkleToes Shoe Gallery receiving your payment.
IF I ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS WITH THE SITE AND I AM UNABLE TO PLACE MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
If you encounter a problem with the site and is unable to place your order, please contact TwinkleToes Shoe Gallery via telephone (850-580-7463) or by email (info@twinkletoesshoegallery.com) and we will be happy to assist you with your order.
IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY ORDER, CAN I RETURN IT?
TwinkleToes Shoe Gallery strives for 100% satisfaction, although, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund. Please try your shoes on a carpeted area. We cannot and will not accept worn shoes. All shoes returned must show NO wear or scratches on sole of shoe. The shoes must be in new condition and returned in their original box. As stated in our RETURN POLICY, Sale Items Are Not Returnable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
IF MY MERCHANDISE IS DEFECTED UPON ARRIVAL, WHAT DO I DO?
All orders are inspected prior to shipping, although, if an item is defected upon arrival, please contact TwinkleToes Shoe Gallery within five (5) days of receipt, and we will issue a Return Authorization Number for your order. Merchandise returned without the RA Number will not be accepted by TwinkleToes Shoe Gallery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
WHAT METHOD OF SHIPMENT DO YOU OFFER?
We ship exclusively by UPS. It is your choice for regular ground, overnight, two (2) or three (3) day shipping. Please note that overnight, two and three day shipping carries extra charges.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
After receiving your website order and PayPal has approved your method of payment, your order will ship within 24-48 hours. We will notify you by email the approximate arrival date, along with your Tracking Number.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are non-refundable and is calculated at the time of your order.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
Currently, we do not ship Internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
